At Booncart, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, on time, and in good condition. Please review our shipping terms below:
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within the date of confirmation as per the site
- For customized or made-to-order products, processing times may be longer and will be communicated at the time of purchase.
- You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number.
Delivery Timelines
- Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
- Remote or rural areas may take longer.
- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier issues, strikes, etc.) are beyond Booncart’s control, but we will keep you updated.
- If an order is marked “delivered” but not received, please report within 24 hours so we can investigate.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
- For promotional offers or minimum order value thresholds, Booncart may offer free shipping.
Express/Overnight Delivery: Additional charges apply.
Any shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm the order.
Undeliverable Orders
In case an order is undeliverable due to incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the order, the customer shall be responsible for the shipping and return costs.
Shipping Coverage
- We currently deliver across India (pan-India service).
- Selected products may also be available for international shipping (charges and timelines vary).
International Shipping
- Available only for select products (decor, gifts, non-perishables).
- Delivery timelines vary between 7–15 business days.
- Customers are responsible for customs duties/taxes (if applicable)
Important Notes
- Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate shipping address with contact details.
- Booncart shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect/incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
- Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- Prepaid/customized orders cannot be cancelled.
